The bag most bulk buyers start with: a four-loop FIBC with an open top and a flat bottom, rated 1000 kg as standard and built from UV-stabilised PP woven fabric. It lifts from the four corner loops with a forklift jib or an overhead crane, fills through the open mouth by hopper, and discharges either by tipping the bag or through an optional bottom spout.

1000 kg on four loops — the load runs through the corner seams into the body fabric rather than hanging from a single point, which is why a four-loop bag stays stable on the hook.
Fills from any hopper — the open top takes a chute, auger or conveyor without a filling spout to line up.
Cheap to print — one or two flexo colours carry the logo, product name and batch field; four colours are available where the artwork needs them.
Works coated or uncoated — uncoated for dry, indoor goods; coated when the load has to keep rain and dust out.
The body is woven from high-tenacity PP tapes into a 160–220 gsm fabric, cut into a U-panel or a four-panel body and sewn with double-stitched seams. Loops are 70 mm webbing, folded into the body seam and bar-tacked where the load pulls hardest. A 5:1 safety factor means the bag is tested to five times its rated load, which is the normal specification for single-trip industrial use; 6:1 is available where a customer's own standard requires it. UV stabiliser is added when the bag will stand outdoors for weeks rather than days.

Fabric weight, seam strength, loop pull strength, UV treatment and bag dimensions are checked per batch. Filled bags are drop tested and the loops are lift tested at the rated load before shipment.
It is the safe working load: the maximum fill weight the bag is rated to lift repeatedly. The fabric and seams are tested to five times that figure.
