Shelf presence at retail — the gloss film holds photographic artwork and dense local-language typography without the dull look of coated woven fabric.
Rice-grade protection — the laminated film closes the weave, so moisture and dust stay out of the pack through transit and shelf life.
Load-bearing core — woven PP tapes carry retail packs and heavier export cartons without seam failure.
One artwork, several sizes — the same print plates can run 1 kg, 2 kg and 5 kg bags to keep brand consistency across the range.
Polypropylene flat tapes are woven into a fabric core, then BOPP film is laminated to the printed face. The film takes the ink and supplies the gloss and moisture barrier; the weave supplies tensile strength and puncture resistance. Side gussets let the bag expand to a rectangular pack, and the bottom is folded and sealed so the pack sits flat on a shelf. A PE liner can be added where the rice needs a longer barrier against humidity.

Print registration, lamination bond strength, seal integrity and bag dimensions are checked per batch. Filled bags are drop tested from 1.2 metres, and food-contact compliance documentation is available on request.
