Packaging is often the first impression your product makes — and color printed woven bags give you a canvas that sells. At Zhejiang Saiqiang Plastic Co., Ltd., we specialize in custom color-printed woven bags that combine the strength of PP fabric with vivid, high-resolution printing that turns every bag into brand advertising.
Using high-quality gravure printing and BOPP lamination, we produce custom printed woven bags with sharp images, rich colors and a glossy, moisture-resistant finish. From custom logo woven bags for small brands to full-color packaging for major exporters, our printed pp bags deliver the shelf presence your product deserves.
There are two ways to put a brand on a woven sack, and the choice changes both how the bag looks and how it survives handling.
Flexographic surface printing puts ink straight onto the woven fabric. It is the economical route, works well for one to eight colors, and suits large, simple graphics such as a bold logo, a weight figure or a dealer name. Because the ink sits on the fabric itself, fine detail and photographic images are limited.
BOPP lamination reverses the process: the artwork is printed on a film first, then laminated onto the woven body. Registration is tighter, screen rulings are finer, and a gloss or matte film seals the print away from abrasion, dust and damp. That is why a glossy laminated pp bag keeps its finish after filling, palletizing and a long sea voyage, while a surface-printed sack can scuff at the corners. For retail rice, flour, pet food and premium feed, lamination of up to ten colors is usually the better investment; for industrial volumes where the bag is read at a distance, surface print stays cost-effective.
Our BOPP laminated bags are widely used for rice, grains, flour, pet food, feed, fertilizer and retail food products. The lamination protects the print from scuffing and moisture, while the woven base keeps the bag strong enough for heavy contents and long-distance transport.
| Parameter | What we offer | What it decides |
| Fabric weight | 40 – 120 gsm PP woven fabric | Load capacity and how stiff the filled bag stands |
| Printing method | Flexographic surface print up to 8 colors; BOPP lamination up to 10 colors | Shelf impact against unit cost |
| Film finish | Gloss or matte laminated film | Scuff resistance and how dark colors read |
| Bag format | Flat, gusseted and block bottom, 1 – 50 kg | How the bag runs on your filling line |
| Strength check | 1.2 m drop test | Seam and bottom reliability in transit |
| Minimum order | 500 pieces | Whether a first trial run is viable |
Print quality is only half the job. A printed bag also has to pass through filling equipment without splitting, blocking or smearing.
Start with fabric weight against load. Light 40 – 60 gsm fabric suits small retail packs, while 80 gsm and above is the normal range for 25 kg and 50 kg fills. Then confirm the bag format — flat, gusseted or block bottom — against the way your line presents the bag to the filler, because a block bottom needs a different magazine and opening sequence from a flat sack. Agree the artwork early as well: settle bleed and safe margins before final artwork, and ask for a proof printed on the actual film, since film gloss changes how dark colors read compared with a screen image. Finally, tell us the drop height and handling your customers use — our bags are tested with a 1.2 m drop — so the seam and bottom patch are built for it.
As a professional manufacturer of color printed woven bags, we offer custom sizes, fabric weights, lamination options and up to full-color printing for logos, barcodes, nutritional information and marketing messages. Our OEM/ODM service supports you from artwork design to finished product. You can compare the film and fabric options we run most often, including gloss and matte finishes.
With more than 15 years of export experience from our Wenzhou factory, we deliver custom printed woven bags and laminated woven sacks to buyers worldwide with strict quality control and on-time delivery. Minimum order is 500 pieces, so a first run can stay small while you test a market. Send us your artwork for a print proof and a quotation.
We quote per specification rather than from a fixed list, because size, fabric weight, print method and quantity all move the number. Surface printing with a few colors is the lowest-cost route; BOPP lamination adds film and a second pass, so it costs more per piece but protects the print. Minimum order is 500 pieces, and pricing steps down as volume grows. Send dimensions and artwork for an exact figure.
Choose surface print for industrial bags read at a distance, simple logos and tight budgets, with a maximum of eight colors. Choose BOPP lamination, up to ten colors, when the bag goes on a retail shelf, carries photographs or fine text, or has to stay clean through long transport. Many buyers run both: laminated for retail packs, surface-printed for bulk sacks of the same product.
Production is scheduled once artwork and the printed proof are signed off; sample bags are made before the bulk run so you can check print and strength on your own filling line. We confirm the schedule in writing with the quotation, and transit time depends on destination and shipping method. Tell us your launch date and we will build the timetable backwards from it.
Yes. Our minimum order is 500 pieces, which lets you test print quality and bag performance on a real filling line before committing to volume. A trial order can ship by air or LCL. Once the specification is proven, repeat orders run from the same approved artwork and print setup, so the result stays consistent from the first bag to the last.
