A 25 kg woven sack for feed additives and other hygroscopic powders. A clear PE liner sits inside the white PP woven shell and is sewn into the top seam, so the liner cannot slip down or be lost on the filling line. The outer print carries the brand block, the product name and the statutory storage and handling marks.

Liner in the right place — sewn into the top seam, it stays put during automatic filling instead of collapsing into the bag.
Barrier against caking — a 30–60 μm PE liner keeps humidity away from choline chloride, premixes and other powders that set hard once they absorb moisture.
Dust-tight seams — folded and double-stitched closures keep fine powder out of the stitch holes that normally leak on a woven sack.
Traceability printed in — batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date and net and gross weight are part of the artwork on every bag.
The shell is a white PP woven fabric of 90–120 gsm, printed flexographically in up to eight colours. The PE liner sits inside the shell, either loose or sewn into the top seam; sewn-in liners are the cleaner option on automatic filling lines because the liner cannot be lost during filling. The top is folded and double-stitched, with the liner trimmed flush after sewing so no powder catches in the seam.

Liner thickness, seam integrity, print registration and bag dimensions are checked per batch, and filled bags are drop tested from 1.2 metres. Compliance documentation for feed and food-contact use is available on request.

The PE liner provides the moisture barrier. For very humid destinations, specify the thicker 60 μm liner.
