Artwork that survives the field — the laminated film protects the print from abrasion, damp and sunlight, so grade figures and dosage tables stay readable after weeks in a warehouse.

High-tenacity PP tapes are woven into a 90–120 gsm fabric, then laminated with a printed film before cutting and sewing. Lamination is what allows photographic artwork — field scenes, product shots, pictograms — to sit on a woven sack without the dot gain and blur that direct flexo printing produces on fabric. The top is folded and double-stitched, and the bottom seam is reinforced at the corners, which is where a 50 kg sack normally fails first.

Fabric weight, lamination bond, seam strength, print registration and bag dimensions are checked per batch. Filled bags are drop tested from 1.2 metres on a full 50 kg load before shipment.
Yes. Lamination is the reason this bag exists — photographs, gradients and fine non-Latin lettering all reproduce cleanly on the laminated surface.
It depends on the blend and the destination climate. Hygroscopic blends and humid ports benefit from a liner; dry granular NPK shipped short-haul often does not.
